“Nothing empowers a young life more than knowledge – and the ability to create positive change.”

At Brightest Future, we believe children are not just our future – they are the future’s foundation. That’s why we’re committed to providing timely, tailored support and early interventions that spark growth, unlock potential, and set each child on a path to thrive. When we invest in their journey today, we light the way for a brighter tomorrow.

Personal statement

My name is Julia, and I hold a First-Class BA (Hons) in Special Educational Needs and Inclusion. With over 10 years of experience supporting children with a wide range of needs—including Autism, ADHD, social communication difficulties, and sensory processing challenges—I have developed a strong skill set in providing inclusive, individualized support.

I am passionate about early intervention and believe in identifying and addressing barriers to learning and development as early as possible. By providing timely, targeted support, I aim to reduce developmental gaps and help every child reach their full potential.

Through advisory and outreach services, I work closely with families, caregivers, and professionals to develop and implement tailored support plans. I offer practical strategies for challenges such as sleep, eating, behaviour, sensory processing, and emotional regulation. I also assist families in navigating community resources and financial aid systems, including DLA and Universal Credit.

I am experienced in guiding families through the EHCP process and advocating for children’s educational rights. In educational settings, I support inclusive practices by attending meetings, modelling interventions, and training staff. I believe in a team-based approach and actively model and coach everyone involved in a young person’s care—parents, educators, and other professionals—to ensure consistency and effectiveness.

My communication support includes the use of AAC tools and specialist approaches such as Makaton (as a licensed trainer), PECS, Gestalt Language Processing, Baby Beats, Music Therapy, and Attention Autism. I also conduct sensory screenings and provide occupational therapy-informed strategies, alongside emotional regulation support using approaches like Zones of Regulation.

As a certified trainer, I deliver a wide range of training sessions for both professionals and parents. I am committed to empowering families, fostering inclusive environments, and supporting young children through compassionate, collaborative, and early intervention.
